Based on the product or service, Adfluent offers a full, partial, or no refund on purchases made on our website:

  • Physical Products: To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

  • Services and Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase may not be offered unless the content is not as described, is faulty, or other consumer rights are violated.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Downloaded software products

  • Some health and personal care items

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
